Display and edit fields within a pop-up window
You can specify how the attribute fields and their values are displayed in the various places they are used in the pop-up configuration and control how attribute values are edited when editing features.
Configuring field display
To configure these properties, first open the Configure Pop-ups dialog box for the editable layer you want to configure, then choose the Fields tab.

For each field, you can set the following display properties.
Label
You can specify your own label to display in place of the field name, wherever the field name is displayed, by selecting the field in the fields list and typing the new name in the Display As column.
Display order
You can specify the order that the fields are displayed in the attributes description list, charts or when editing. To change the order that the fields are displayed by, select a field in the fields list and click the Up button 
or Down button 
.
Display properties
You can specify how the values of numeric and date attributes should be formatted when displayed in the pop-up window.
To specify how the values for a field are formatted for display, select the field in the fields list and choose an option from the Display Properties drop-down list. The type of options available will depend on the type of data stored in the attribute field.
Configuring field editing properties
You can edit the content of a pop-up from an editable layer by clicking Edit at the bottom of the pop-up and clicking Edit Pop-up. For a layer based on a feature service, as part of the pop-up configuration you can specify how the various attribute fields are displayed and edited in the Fields tab of the Configure Pop-ups dialog box, which is described above.
You can specify which fields are editable by checking and un-checking fields in the fields list.
For text fields, you can specify how the field should be edited by choosing an option from the Input As drop-down list:
- As a single line text box
- As a multi-line text box
- As a rich text box with controls for formatting the text
You can also provide an edit hint which is a short instruction about how the field should be edited. This hint is displayed along with the field values when you select a field in the Fields tab of the Configure Pop-ups dialog box. To specify an edit hint for a field, select the field and type the hint in the Editing Hint box.
