Although the ArcGIS Explorer add-ins come with a default icon, additional icons are provided for you to further customize your add-ins. These icons are stored in <your ArcGIS Explorer install directory>\DeveloperKit\Icons, i.e. C:\Program Files\Explorer\DeveloperKit\Icons. As you create new add-ins using the templates provided for you in Visual Studio, you are asked to select both a large (32x32) and a small (16x16) image for displaying the add-in.
The following icons are available in both 16x16 and 32x32:
