Accessing the Roads and Highways geoprocessing tools

Esri Roads and Highways provides geoprocessing tools for regenerating routes, managing calibration points and events, and executing quality control checks. You can access the tools by adding the Roads and Highways Tools toolbox to ArcToolbox.

Steps:
  1. Start ArcCatalog
  2. Open the ArcToolbox window by clicking the ArcToolbox button ArcToolbox.
  3. Right-click the ArcToolbox node and click Add Toolbox.

  4. Navigate to <install directory>\Common Files\Esri\Roads and Highways\ToolBoxes\Roads And Highways Tools.tbx.
  5. Click Open.

    All Roads and Highways tools are now available in the ArcToolbox window

  6. NoteNote:

    Optionally, you can create a new toolbox in a folder or geodatabase and choose to add tools individually. For more information about adding tools to a toolbox, see Adding tools.
