Using a predefined magnification level

You can right-click the white space or a table cell in the Table Layout area to use a predefined magnification level.

Steps:

1. Start ArcMap.
2. Verify that you are in layout view if necessary.
3. Right-click the graphic table element and click Properties.

   The Table Properties dialog box appears.

4. Click the Table Format tab if necessary.

   The Table Format dialog box appears.

5. Click Table Design.

   A Table Design dialog box appears, depending on the table format.

6. Right-click the white space or a cell in the Table Layout area, point to Zoom, then click the magnification level you want to use.
