000349 : The input parameter is not a Table View

Description

Append accepts feature classes, tables, raster datasets, raster catalogs, and the layers and/or table views created from them as inputs. Make sure your inputs are one of the acceptable data types and that they are all of the same type. Mixing data types is not supported.
