Description

The tool failed to find the output workspace. Either the workspace does not exist or the catalog path is set incorrectly.

Solution

Make sure the output workspace value is an existing valid workspace. Tools will not create a workspace if it does not already exist, so create the workspace before you try to write a tool's result into it.
