20002: Layer uses an EMF picture symbol with image separation

A layer in your map is symbolized with a picture fill symbol based on an EMF image and has a separation specified. ArcMap maps that use EMFs in a picture fill and have separation do not actually separate or leave gaps between the images but, rather, stretch the image. In basemap layers and optimized map services, the separation works correctly but results in slight differences in appearance when compared to the ArcMap display.

In most cases, when a tiled image is required as a fill, using a marker fill symbol with a picture marker can give better control over the size and separation of the tiles than a picture fill symbol.
