Clearing the history log

When parameters on a workflow change as updates are made to the task assistant steps, you may find that clearing the history log will provide you an accurate event log of step execution.

Steps:

1. Start ArcMap.
2. If necessary, click the Task Assistant window button on the Task Manager toolbar to display the Task Assistant window.
3. Click the History tab on the Task Assistant window.
4. Right-click the History tab and choose Clear Notes.

   The history log information is removed from the History tab.
