Saving a newly created workflow or renaming an existing workflow

In the Task Assistant window, you can save a newly created workflow or rename an existing workflow. Multiple workflows can also be opened at one time. Upon saving, all workflows are saved to the same task assistant file. The save is made to the workflow file that was last loaded into the Task Assistant window.

Steps:
  1. Right-click the workflow in the Task Assistant window and choose Save Workflow As.

The Save Workflow As dialog box appears.

  2. Navigate to the location in which you want to save the workflow.
  3. Type a name for the workflow in the File Name text box.
  4. Click Save.
    NoteNote:

If multiple workflows are loaded in the Task Assistant window, saving causes all workflows to be saved to the same task assistant file, regardless of any workflow highlighted in the Task Assistant window. The save will be made to the workflow file that was last loaded into the Task Assistant window.
