Saving an abbreviation dictionary

Steps:
  1. On the Labeling toolbar, click Labeling > Abbreviation Dictionaries.
  2. Click the Dictionary Name drop-down arrow and click an abbreviation dictionary.
  3. Click Options.
  4. Click Save To File if you want to save to a dictionary file.
  5. Click Export To Database Table if you want to save to a table in a database.

  6. Navigate to the location where you want to save the abbreviation dictionary file or table.
  7. Type a name.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click OK.
