Description

The GlobalID column cannot be deleted from data that is referenced by a replica, as replication requires this field.

Solution

The replica the data participates in must be unregistered before you can delete the GlobalID column. Unregistering the replica means you can no longer synchronize edits between the replica geodatabases.
