000213 : Failed to delete the output file

Description

The output file already exists, and the function is unable to overwrite it.

Solution

Check if the geoprocessing overwrite output setting is set to true. To change this setting, click the Customize menu on the Standard toolbar, click ArcMap Options, click the Geoprocessing tab, then check the option to Overwrite the output of geoprocessing operations.
