Making a static graphic from a graph
You can create a static graphic from a graph in the layout view or from Graph Manager.
Steps:

In the layout view
- Right-click on the graph and clickProperties from the context menu.
- Right-click the floating graph window and click Copy as Graphic.
- Right-click on the layout view and click Paste from the context menu. You can also use CTRL+V.

From Graph Manager
- Right-click the graph to be copied and click Copy as Graphic.
- Right-click on the layout view and click Paste from the context menu. You can also use CTRL+V.
Tip:
- In ArcMap, try this shortcut to copy a graph as a graphic: click on the graph to make it active, press CTRL+C to copy it to the Windows Clipboard, make the layout view active, then press CTRL+V to paste the graph.
- From Graph Manager, right-click on the intended graph, clickCopy as Graphic, make the ArcMap layout view active, then press CTRL+V.
- You can also paste from the Windows Clipboard into other applications that can receive a Windows enhanced metafile (.emf).
